Internet Sales - No Prices Online
Shopping Carts must have a price of $0.00 and text reading, "please call to discuss an appropriate regime.” Price posting will result in immediate and permanent termination of your right to 302 as a reseller.
Returns
0-30 Days: 25% restocking fee, balance applied to future purchases
31-120 Days: 50% restocking fee, balance applied to future purchases
120 Days: no returns
302 warrants its products to be free of defects and conform to applicable state and federal public health laws and the company will replace or refund at its discretion any product defect. Products so claimed must be returned to 302, with the contents remaining.
Samples
302 does not provide sample/trial/travel sizes of its products.
Drop-Shipment
302 can now ship products directly to your client. Login to your account on the 302 Professional Site, specify your client's address (no P.O. boxes) in the "Ship To" field. The wholesale cost of the products will be debited from your selected credit card (not your client’s) along with an additional $1 per shipment (Handling Fee). No invoice is included in shipment. Fulfillment of the order is usually within 1 day, receipt of goods by your client is usually within 3 to 4 business days, via UPS Ground.
Opening Order / Order Minimums
302 has no minimum or opening order quantities.
Shipping Cost
302 ships via UPS Ground from our Idaho distribution center. Shipping is free with orders of $500 or more - effective September 1, 2008.

By purchasing regularly from us, your outlet is automatically included in the "Outlet Locator" on the homepage of the 302 Consumer Website. Results are sorted by distance from the zip code entered.
